These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase, licensing, access, and use of all digital products provided by Dynasty Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”) through Tebex.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any Dynasty Studios product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Platform & Payment Processing

All purchases of Dynasty Studios products are processed exclusively through Tebex.

  • Dynasty Studios does not directly process payments

  • Dynasty Studios does not store payment information

  • All payment methods, transactions, invoices, and billing issues are handled by Tebex and its payment providers

Any payment-related questions, disputes, or issues must be directed to Tebex Support.

2. Digital Products & License Delivery

All Dynasty Studios products are digital goods delivered electronically via Tebex.

Licenses are:

  • Issued by Tebex

  • Managed and enforced by the CFX Portal (FiveM Asset Escrow System)

Once a license is delivered and linked to a CFX account or server key, the product is considered delivered and consumed.

3. License Management & Enforcement

License ownership, access, activation, suspension, or revocation are handled solely by:

  • Tebex

  • CFX Portal

Dynasty Studios does not manually issue, revoke, transfer, suspend, or terminate licenses.

Any restriction or enforcement action occurs only in accordance with Tebex and CFX policies.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital goods and instant license delivery, refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are NOT permitted, except where explicitly required by Tebex policies or applicable law.

Dynasty Studios does not process refunds or payment reversals.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review the full product description before purchase

  • Verify compatibility with their server and framework

  • Understand Tebex and CFX licensing systems

  • Maintain compliance with Tebex and CFX rules

Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

6. License Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, enforced by the CFX Portal.

You MAY:

  • Use the product on servers linked to your CFX account

  • Modify the product for personal or internal server use

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product

  • Upload or leak the product

  • Circumvent Tebex or CFX licensing

  • Claim the product as your own

  • Remove authorship or branding credits

Violations may be reported to Tebex or CFX for enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

All Dynasty Studios products, including code, assets, documentation, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dynasty Studios.

Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Support Policy

Support is provided at our discretion and is limited to:

  • Issues directly related to the purchased product

  • Bugs within the original functionality

Support does NOT include:

  • Full server debugging

  • Fixing third-party scripts

  • Custom development or rewrites

  • Teaching basic FiveM or framework usage

Support availability and response times are not guaranteed.

9. Updates & Product Changes

Dynasty Studios may update, modify, or improve products at any time.

Updates are provided when and if available, without obligation.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

All products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Dynasty Studios is not liable for:

  • Server crashes or instability

  • Data loss

  • Financial loss or downtime

  • Incompatibility with other resources

Use of the products is entirely at your own risk.

11. Disputes & Chargebacks

All disputes, chargebacks, and payment-related issues are handled exclusively by Tebex and the payment provider.

Dynasty Studios does not control dispute outcomes and is not responsible for payment reversals.

12. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of Dynasty Studios products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

13. Governing Platforms

These Terms operate in conjunction with:

  • Tebex Terms of Service

  • CFX Platform Rules

In case of conflict, Tebex and CFX policies take precedence.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any Dynasty Studios product, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms

  • Agree to Tebex-managed payments

  • Accept CFX-based license enforcement

  • Accept all conditions stated above
